SHIPPING

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. DHL Free Shipping is free on every order (3-8 days). DHL Express costs £5 (2-5 days). You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email contato@raccojewels.com and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Change of mind: you can return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email contato@raccojewels.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Hygiene: for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if unworn and with any protective seal intact.

Refunds: we refund the item price (and delivery, if you paid for it and return the whole order) within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You will not need to pay any return costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

PRIVACY POLICY

We handle your personal data in line with UK GDPR. We collect your name, email, delivery address, phone number (optional), order history and basic browsing data (cookies) to process and deliver your order, provide customer service, prevent fraud and, if you agree, send you marketing emails and show you relevant ads. We share it only with the partners needed to run the shop: Wix (website and checkout), Stripe (payments), our fulfilment and delivery partners, and advertising and analytics tools such as Meta and Google (via cookies, where you have consented). Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes; marketing data until you unsubscribe. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing, at any time by emailing contato@raccojewels.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all orders placed at raccojewels.com. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email; we may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We deliver to the United Kingdom only; delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (our returns policy extends this to 30 days; see Returns & Refunds above). Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Our jewellery is made to resist tarnish and water, but finishes can wear over time; please follow the care advice on each product page.
